Prize Winners!

San Lucas school won a pendant at the recent Independence Day parade and competitions. They came third out of the many local schools. Congratulations!

Parades and Presentations

Last weekend San Lucas school participated in the local Independence Day parade and won a flag. They have been invited back again for this weekends marching and band competitions to see if they can win further awards and gain prestigue in the community.

San Lucas School, Independence Day preparations

28th July, Peruvian Independence Day, sees the schools and institutions of Peru busy celebrating with events and activities. San Lucas School (St. Luke's) was no exception.
Beforehand the school band and pupils were practising in the nearby streets ready for the competitiion between several local schools.
